I want to install a dimmer switch on the first switch. Am i right in thinking that if i connect the Supply & Brown strapper in the "L" connection, The Brown Switch wire to the light in the "Sw" connection and the Grey in the "~" connection. Also do i need to change any connections in the other two switches.

The dimmer is a G.E.T. Grid Switch Electronic Dimmer. I have attached a Image

How are the existing switches wired?

There is no set colour scheme for 2 way switching.
