Good evening - i am after a bit of advice please.

Midway through my self build conservatory project I have a minor problem. I say minor, for me it is pretty major, but for experienced pros in online land I am hoping it is minor.

The walls and window frames on the exterior elevation either side of the door opening are level, but when the door frame was placed in, it is higher by approx 6mm on one side. The cause is a slightly uneven wall in the door opening, and I need to 'shave' some of the brickwork away from one end. It is approx 6mm that needs to come off - is there a better / quicker /easier and more accurate way way than using a masons chisel?

Thanks is advance,

Tim

Angle grinder with stone cutting disc, very dusty job, use PPE.
Depending on the access, you might need to cut slithers into the brickwork which can be easily knocked off with hammer & chisel.
