how to mend a hole in a rad?

hi

i have a chrome towel rad which is leaking from where one of the horizontal bars meets a vertical bar. ive heard there is a product which involves mixing 2 things together and applying to the leak but ive no idea what its called. can anyone help? obviously it needs to be silver colour.

I would have to change it but if the leaks not that bad you could try fernox leak sealer.

You're not thinking of cataloy are you? Usually used on car bodywork? A landlord i know once fixed a rad with this stuff, worked a treat for a while!

Don't bother repairing your towel rad though, it'll look a mess and wont last.
