Hi all,
My tenant decided to attempt my house without asking and they did not do a good job. Now they are out and I have a bit of time I am going to attempt to paint myself. They paint that they have used seems to be shiney and slippery almost like a hard plastic or gloss type of thing. What is the best way to prep this to start painting?
Thanks

Take gloss off with 120 grade.
Wash
Zinsser Bullseye123.
Emulsion walls. B&Q goodhome durable matt is good for rentals

I'd buy cheap electric sander to make it easy

I was hoping you wasn't going to say that haha :( I guess there is no kind of primer I could just slap on instead no?

Zinsser BIN then.
Emulsion over after a few hours.
Coverstain takes to long to cure.

Other option as good for rentals is caparol amphibolin. Lash that on

Brewers paints.
Get a tinted bradit one can. Slap that on.
Rental bashing at its best. Ha
