how to remove ball point pen from lino???????

my 2yo got hold of a pen and decided to draw in patches across the lino its a light coloured check design. Does anyone know what will remove/fade these????

i have tried jiff, gumpton, magic marker eraser, orange power sticky spot & goo dissolver, even tried a small mix of nappy soaker n bleach n used scrubbing brush. The pen is still there although all around it the lino is now sparkling...

Unfortunately the very strong colour of the ink has now been absorbed by the vinyl. There's nothing you can do, better think about an insurance claim if it bothers you.

have you tried nail varnish remover or vehicle tar remover? may be worth trying.

surely you just bend down and pick it up!!

methylated spirit (you might use rubbing alcohol) softens ball-point pen ink. The ink sometimes leaves a stain afterwards though.
