Hi all,

I hope it's okay for me to post this question in this forum...

I have an unfinished pine storage unit which I left a pot pourri oil burner on top of; it subsequently leaked the oil onto the unit, now leaving a horrid stain which looks like a water stain, but it won't go away.

Any ideas of how I can get rid of this stain?

Thanks

Jon

Put brown paper over the stain. Iron, with on 2 dots, no steam. The oil will soak into the paper. This will reduce the stain, though you will probably need to oil or wax the whole unit to disguise the stain completely.
