How to replace gravity flap vent

Hello there,

I wanted to replace the vent on my first floor because it is missing some flaps. As the position is complex, I stretched my arm to take some pictures and I noticed that it may be drilled or screwed to the wall. I cannot distinguish what kind of screws is using, the vent on the ground floor does not have any. Do you know what screwdriver or tool can I use it to remove it from there?

Looks to be siliconed to wall , smash off with hammer and stick a new one on.

Take the flaps from ground floor vent and use them, new vent on g/f
