How to replace oven bulb in Tecnik double oven?

Hi just trying to put a new bulb in the main oven on my Tecnik TKC1285.

I have screwed the glass cover off but the bulb seems fast. How do you remove the bulb? Is it a screw or push and twist?

Screw bulb , just undo anti clockwise try with a towel for a better grip.

Make sure the power is off as some of these lamps have a habit of the glass envelope breaking when you try to twist them.
You end up with the Edison screw bit getting stuck in the lamp holder and require some long nose pliers to get them out
