Hi,
I have an Elnur SH24A storage heater (around 1-2 year old). The heater is not working (cold) and I am hoping that it is just a Thermostat overheat safety cutout.

However, I can't really find a reset button (unlike the dimplex, which the reset is quite obvious). The only sort of switch I can find is an orange cup which I can twist. Is it the right place? I was trying to find an installation manual, but wasn't able to find one for this sh24a.

many thanks

Can you post a photo? The installation manual only shows a thermal cutout, no mention if or how it can be reset.

edit: apparently the thermal cutout can be manually reset.

Hi, if helps anyone, Elnur sent me a check list which was extremely helpful. With that doc, I worked out that there is nothing wrong with the heater, instead the socket switch on the wall is broken.
