We have a small roof terrace(see first image), I'd like to lay screens, such as a wattle or hazel hurdle (see second image), all along the inside edges of left, rear and right of the terrace.

The roof terrace already has small vertical capped pins, along the copings. I'd like to be able to leverage those to secure the screens, to hold them up right and resist gusty winds. But I can't figure out how to secure a post against it. I'd like to avoid further brickwork drilling, or building of frames.

Any ideas? My DIY skills are bottom beginner level.

This really is quite a tricky job - you'll need to be prepared to spend some money. If the screens are to be of any value they'll need to be quite high, and the higher they are the stronger the supporting posts will need to be to avoid wind damage. But if you own the flat (I assume it's a flat) then an enclosed rooftop 'garden' will certainly add value to your home.
I'm also concerned to see a chimney adjacent - is it used, and does it belong to your building? You need to check for issues with fire risk.
Regarding the actual construction, there are many different ways this could be achieved, and you might be best to engage an experienced fencing contractor to carry out the work, including getting suitable post supports designed. And drilling holes into the brickwork for fixing brackets etc is pretty inevitable for this sort of construction. Maybe someone else on the forum could come up with other routes you could follow.
Hope this helps.
