HOW to SWAP a SALUS RT500RF with a HONEYWELL 340022 Wireless Thermostat

I currently have a Salus RT500RF, wired as shown below: (sorry about the size of the image)

I need to now wire my boiler up to a Honeywell 340022 - Image as below. Again, sorry about the size. Could anyone please help. I'm pretty certain this is a very easy thing to do - and I'm pretty certain I may already know how - but I just need some confirmation to give me the confidence to go ahead and do it.

COM (brown wire) to A
NO (normally open - blue wire) to B

It would be good to mark the blue (NO) wire with some brown sleeving, to denote it as a switched live, rather than a neutral.

Swap one set of wires at a time, so you don't mix them up!

Well, I'd like to say thank you - I now have heating for the first time in 2 weeks.

Probably!
But just check that it turns off again, when you lower the temperature on the thermostat (there may be a few minutes of overrrun).

I already have. In fact, I had to get it going again with the thermostat. Struggling a bit with that as so fiddly. The little candle shape on top of the cylinder is lit now - so it seems everything is working perfectly. Thank you so very much for your help. Much appreciated.

was the rt7 playing up? dip switches are still in factory position.

straight swap as mentioned before

It was an RT500 - it was playing up - none of the display worked unless I squeezed both the plastic display and the back. I took it apart and it seems that one of the small components in there was broken. I still have it. Wish I had known about this forum prior to buying a new one, perhaps I may have been able to fix the old one.
