How to use a pop rivet with restricted access

A drop of Loctite thread lock will take care of any vibration issues mate.
What are you up to now?
John :)

I guess you remember my quadcopter, well using the epoxy was for attatching bits and bobs to the frame, but I want to use revets for the actual frame and I'll triangulate the aluminium joints by sandwiching some sheet aluminium between them, using rivets for the triangle and hopefully/maybe the actual joint.

Annoyingly, the gun required at least 20mm of the mandrel to be in it for it to grip, and the mandrel is only 25mm long on all the rivets I scavenged. Looks like it will have to be a screw, lock nut and loctite. Thanks everyone for helping!

Put an Avdel (or PEM nut) in the bottom one first and use a machine screw with starlock washer through your small hole.
