Yes, we all know! It's not a new argument. But it is a very silly argument.

They are all technically criminals in the same way that anyone who has ever driven one mile per hour over the speed limit is technically a criminal.

There's a legal way to do that, ICE doesn't really care if they're obeying the law themselves. Plus they're not picky about who they arrest so it isn't just illegals or criminals in danger.
