Hi, newbie on this forum here...

trying to replace a climate or Scottish power connect with a hive!

as per STEM’s post above I have connections on 5 and 6!

I suspect it’s connected to our solar hot water system...

any ideas of what to do with these wires on the hive?

many thanks

The clue is what is written above the terminals.

Terminals 5 & 6 are provided by the manufacturer for an auxiliary heating zone (ie the bedrooms) So I would assume that you have two heating zones in your home probably 'Living rooms' and 'bedrooms' each zone with its own room thermostat.

If that is the case you will need an additional Single Channel Hive for the other Heating Zone.

If that's not the case then you will have to find out what is connected to the other end of the wires in 5 & 6
