i have just got a new ceramic hob and would like to know if you can fit it myself i have got one allready fitted but when i take the back plat off the new one it looks different form the one that i have got the new one has got 5 connection on it with copper briges on it i can see where the earth connection goes but where do the other 2 wires go thanks for any information on this would help

There should be a connection diagram on the back plate and in the documentation supplied with the hob. It probably has a dual voltage option. My firm advice...get a qualified electrician to hook it up for you. Guessing where the wires go isn't a good idea

there is only one live and one Neutral and one brown
