How to work over sloped roof/conservatory

Hi all

Please see the attached picture. I need to access the cable and tack a new cable down this wall or across...

Is it possible to do this without scaffolding? I only need to run a new cable... there are other options but if its possible to get access, this would be the easiest run.

Can anyone help? Suggest what I should do... certain type of ladder or a technique... I hope there is something?

Safest will be scaff or (more realistically) half a day with one of those van-mounted cherrypickers.
Or have a look see how the glass is retained, it might be easy enough to remove a sheet & work through the gap.

Thank you. It wouldn't be worth it just to pull a cable, I will run the cable through floor instead but thank you. Its good to know for future.
