Humming Noise

Hmm, not sure about the N33GJ. The Evironmental bod turned up with a flashy sound meter on a tripod, it failed to pick anything up yet I was in the same room and could hear the noise! The Environmental bods lost interest after two visits.
I might buy one of those N33GJs and see if I can track down the source, the noise is rather low frequency though so I`m wondering if it`ll be any good?
