Interestingly, Putin's buddy Orban has made sure Hungary is not on that list.

If there was a list of countries that have stolen EU aid in cash and gold that was in transit to Ukraine, and beaten up the crews of the security vans, the only country on that list would be Hungary.

I was quite intrigued about that. Apparently Victor stopped some vans and was planning to hold them for 60 days pending an investigation into money laundering.

What intrigues me is not why the EU would provide in excess of $200 million to help fight the Ruskies, it's why they would transfer the entire amount in cash Dollars, cash Euros and gold bars.
