Hyperlinks not working from specific web site

Win 7 Explorer 9
I get emails from a particular web site & up until yesterday the links in it opened.
Now if I click on a link I get a yellow star appear.
If I r/click & select open it works.
Is this a problem with the web site?
Other hyperlinks work ok.

They now work, there was clearly a problem with there web site.
