I just dont understand?

many people interpret a Conservatory as a cheap extension not requiring plnning and building control, thus cannot have deep foundations and after a while people then make it into a permanent structure using brick walls.

And there is no reason why a well built conservatory cannot be made to conserve heating by having triple glazed windows and glass roof of similar type. and having some form of floor insulation.

My neighbor has done this, first it was just a large porch with corrugated clear roof, then after being there for two years he erected walls up to a height of two feet and large double glazed windows, then after another two years the corrugated roof came down and up went flat roof!

Did not bother me so I am not the first one to lift my phone and call the local PD

the heat source still needs to be zoned independant of the rest of the system to comply with building regs though.
