.........get my big tv back from the repair shop because this tiny temporary replacement is doing my head in. With only Freeview on offer it would seem that most of the channels show programmes between the ads for mattresses and I'm feeling a bit brainwashed. This morning I haven't even turned the tv on and won't until I get my big tv back with Netflix, fire stick, prime and all of the others on offer. Rant over.

TV advertising is so cheap, and mattresses are such a big profit item, that they can still make a big profit selling them at half price, even if they offer a full refund after xx days if you don't like it. Much of the advertising is just bull, use a search engine, and likely you can find the same mattress for just a fraction of the advertised cost.
I guess you can downsize to a single mattress now Harry?
