OMG hardly that... I am carrying injuries so just going very lightly targeting different muscle groups to warm up at the moment, once I am ok I will be twice a week intense training.
 
If you are training them properly, you won't be training them again for a week.
If he's training them.properly he can train on day two but with reduced reps. If recovery takes a week he has massively overdone it.

Training in the early days is low weight between 8 and 12 reps, 3 sets. If the weight is correct then after rep 12 you should feel like like you can rep to 14.

Learning Form first is more important than the ego of pushing weights.

Only squatting 15 kg. Very light and gentle to get my legs stronger before any high intensity reps.
 
Sensible use of steroids are going to define my legs. 30mg per day for 6 weeks then reduced by 5 mg each week. Havent used them for years but need to get my legs into shape as they need to match my upper body. I am going for the hulk look.
