Training in the early days is low weight between 8 and 12 reps, 3 sets. If the weight is correct then after rep 12 you should feel like like you can rep to 14.
Learning Form first is more important than the ego of pushing weights.

30mg of ?Sensible use of steroids are going to define my legs. 30mg per day for 6 weeks then reduced by 5 mg each week. Havent used them for years but need to get my legs into shape as they need to match my upper body. I am going for the hulk look.
