ICE told to get the eff out

Where is @motorbiking as he is the only one on here qualified to give us a professional opinion. In the mean time the Authorities have given their opinion which we cannot argue against. It was a lawful killing but I doubt they meant to actually kill her, a couple of shots to her legs would have been better, it is a terrible outcome but totally understandable
Police tend to shoot suspects fleeing in the US. Whether, this person had the right, I have no idea.

There is some case law that they have to have some reasonable basis for opening fire in order to avoid violating the forth amendment.

Summed up as "terrorist" or not

Which side of that view are you ?

Certainly a 'potential domestic terrorist', but at this point in time, I'll stick with 'potential'.

What's your take?, do you go along with the following opinions?

Some heavily armed masked men tried to enter her vehicle. Then they murdered her.

She was told to get the eff out, proceeded to do so and was shot in the face several times by a trigger happy ICEist

For me they reinforce my opinion that the WWW has some very strange people inhabiting it.

My take is that there were errors on both sides.

But she wasn't a terrorist.

And then , I have to ask why anybody would call her that, if it wasn't to cover something up, or divert attention

So, a bad move by the trump administration that needs to explain itself better. Until then, they are clearly on the back foot. If not the wrong foot.

Its not deceptive he was clearly "pushed to the side and at one point his body was at 45 degrees and his weight on the bonnet look from 33 seconds also pay attention at the start of the vid as he appears to be limping afterwards

There is a longer clip of him walking after the shooting and he isn't limping at all.

The 45 degree angle bit is a puzzle. Is he leaning on the bonnet. Does he then slip when she drives off. That is what happens to the second agent who is also leaning on the car when she sets off.

What is clear is that he takes the first shot just before that sequence of events happens. Then he either gets a gentle nudge from the bonnet or he slips or he jumps backwards. And then he shoots her twice more as she goes past him. But none of it meets the threshold for shooting her. Even if there was a glancing nudge from a car going at 2mph, that is not enough even for the first shot. The second two shots are obviously unlawful.

One thing's for sure, Trump, Vance and a few others should be advising the authorities more. They had this case summed up in its entirety within an hour or so. I'm well impressed.

;)

He walked it off

No I see it that the nudge comes first then he shoots for the first time

Potential domestic terrorist lmfao. It turns out in Trumpf's world that all lives don't matter, just like the right wing insisted upon after another nearby incident.

We will hopefully find out what Renee was doing on that road from her partner. In the Daily Mail she says something to the effect that it was all her (the partner's) fault and that she made her come 'down here'. I've no idea what that means. Another friend says they were just dropping the child off at school.
