Yes when told not to and to also get out of her car. she then decided to drive and then accelerate towards the officer. Not a sensible choice.

As said, you have an opinion of the event and I have mine, one of us is wrong but that is for a court to decide if they ever get that far, I doubt it will ever be taken to court.
