As said, you have an opinion of the event and I have mine, one of us is wrong but that is for a court to decide if they ever get that far, I doubt it will ever be taken to court.
I'd be surprised if the investigation concludes anything beyond lawful force and any civil damages claim gets beyond qualified immunity.

Exactly, he went to the car saw her and walked off knowing she was dead, nothing for a medic to do other than to confirm the kill.
I don't think they "confirm the kill" ;)

But for anyone who has seen the raw video of that boxer's mate in the car crash, you wouldn't be doing CPR on that poor chap.

She was actually still alive when the emergency services got there. If they had allowed the physician to help her, then perhaps she might have survived.

As it turns out, it was two shots to the chest and one to the arm.

It seems to have changed slightly since this morning.

She had two apparent gunshot wounds on the right side of her chest, another on her left forearm and a possible fourth on the left side of her head. Blood was flowing from her left ear, and her pupils were dilated, the Fire Department’s report said.

When paramedics arrived at 9:42 a.m., Ms. Good was in the driver’s seat, unresponsive, with blood on her face and torso, the records say. After they removed her from the vehicle, she was not breathing and had an irregular pulse.

The incident report shows that paramedics arrived five minutes after Good was shot in her SUV following the encounter with ICE agents. Medics found the 37-year-old unresponsive with an irregular pulse and attempted life-saving efforts on the scene and in the ambulance to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Responders found two apparent gunshot wounds to her chest, one to her left forearm, and "a possible gunshot wound with protruding tissue on the left side of the patient's head," the report says.

4 shots according to other sources head, chest and arm.

First responders observed two gunshot wounds on the right side of Good’s chest, one on her left forearm, and one “with protruding tissue on the left side of the patient’s head,” as blood was seen flowing out of her left ear, the report said.

apart from not shooting her in the head.
Talking about a bloke who was a medic who was refused access to her. Nothing he could have done if an ambulance crew and the ambulance with all its equipment couldn't save her,
