ICE told to get the eff out

He should have peacefully got run over?

At the time of the first shot he wouldn't have known whether she intended to turn left, right or whatever. She was definitely deliberately ramming him, without a doubt. He wouldn't have had chance for a full enquiry into the wheel position before shots 2 and 3. It was self-defence, I'd imagine any cop would do likewise.

Your style has rapidly mutated into full troll mode. I can't work out whether you are festive or Lirefighter.

No I haven't seen those, however I am trying to give an unbiased opinion on this topic. I have no political bias or motivation to sway anyones opinion one way or another. I believe everyone has a right to their own opinions. My opinion counts for a lot and I am a big influencer and I realise this, but sensitive topics such as this calls for a calming demeanour that I have in order to try to pick out the facts based upon the law.
What a lot of tripe

You just need to not be on the footbrake, so the wheels are free to turn as the steering turns.

But, and I don't know whether this is covered in the Highway Code or not, I'd say it's a bad idea to drive towards someone's leg, especially if they're pointing a gun at you.
I will take your expert knowledge on board, the brake does nothing.

Highway code doesn't cover the situation as the videos show

I have just been having another look at the POV video. You can see, clear as day, the victim winding full right lock on. The agent was looking straight at her as she did it, so he knew exactly where she was going. And then, when she actually sets off, the car turns sharp right. After that, it is impossible to tell whether she brushed him as she went past or whether he slipped or jumped.

How else was she (having been asked to mover her car) going to steer around a masked murderer that positioned himself, close to her car? She was on the road wasn't she?

She wasn't asked to move the car, she was told to get out of it. She and 'wife' were giving the authorities lots of verbal in response.

You just have to think about your own experience as a pedestrian in car parks. When you see someone wind on full lock, and you see the wheels turn, you know which way they are going. Then, when they set off, you can tell instantly which direction they are heading. Those claiming that the agent had no idea where the victim was going are just not thinking it through.

Or even another nwgs
Hilarious! Some here are so stuck in their little village, they really think there are about 12 people in the world...

IMHO She wound him up and he reacted stupidly.
There are countless US videos of people getting shot for the crime of running away from a minor crime. They're usually black.
It's certainly illegal for cop to do that.
If he'd asked for her license and she drove away, there's a host of offences she could have committed depending on interpretation and the state they're in, both misdemeanours and felonies.. But none of those validate shooting. He would have to be in immediate serious danger at the moment of shooting, and he clearly wasn't.
Vance is worse than Trump on this sort of thing. Just a simpleton POS.
