ICE told to get the eff out

The only point left is whether or not you agree with the outcome. I am satisfied the agent made the right move, just a pity that she didn't.
I’m less convinced. I have a suspicion that he may have deliberately put himself in this position to enable him to open fire.

But I don’t pretend that ICE had no lawful authority to tell them to get out and stop. They obviously intended to interfere and obstruct.

you’ve shown no objectivity and repeatedly use bias language in this thread.

Come on, the debates are going much better this year, even Nosenout is trying hard not to troll.

You can do better

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Typical flannel and evasion from you when you are ever asked for specifics.

A grown up asks: 'In what way was Renee obstructing the agents'

A child answers: 'I won't tell you. Because you will just reject them'

Be a child then.

It is a tragedy that she had to die to try to prove a point, it is also tragic that the agent had to take this action. The whole incident was so avoidable but was set off by lots of triggers to lead up to the shooting. Her wife should face charges

Fine. But no one has been able to explain (fully) what she actually did wrong. The obstruction nonsense falls down flat.
It doesn’t fail because a person was unable to cause an obstruction. It is the obvious intention that matters.

Her wife certainly has some accountability.

Ok so let us put a reasonable other outcome and scenrio, what if an innocent driver for some reason did not see her parked across the road and continued in a straight path, hit her car and the driver flew through the windscreen. Would you now say she was parked in a completely legal way and blame the driver that hit her car?

If I hit a stationary object in the road, then I deserve everything the law throws at me. My duty of care is set to nil.
