Icos HE24 problems

Hope someone out there can help with this, I have an icos HE24 boiler, I'm not getting a fault code on it, I'm getting a C and the burner light goes solid then flashes after a few seconds and then the boiler seems to go dead. The radiators are not getting hot either, but the 2 pipes that come from the top of the boiler are scolding. Over the last week or so there has been some banging of the central heating pipes, like there is air trapped, I've bled the radiators but this has not cured it, does anyone have any help or suggestions?

expensive the pumps on them, in fact all parts are for ideal boilers, a pcb is well over £200

so much for a cheap boiler, they get their money off you in the long run
