Id my shower please

I have a shower, no name or markings, may need new cartridge as its running lukewarm. here are some pics.

Unable to upload pics to their website, the attachment link not working so came here. A couple of other things, what are those plastic things that are between the pipes and the main body, they are greyish and what is the nut on top of the unit?

Attachment link seems fine to me, try a different browser. I'm using Chrome. The plastic things are grab rings that hold onto the pipe, as it's got push-fit fittings. The nut on top is a connection point for a rigid riser rail

How would I take it apart? Do I take off that brass clip form the housing? It looks rather fragile. and would the whole cartridge just come out?
