Put a half-used pack of adult nappies/incontinence pads on the back seat, and a disposal bag with a couple in it. (It is not necessary to complete the illusion by actually using the pads first, unless you want to).

Then put some Val Doonican and Des O'Connor CD cases and a bottle of this on the front passenger seat:

Nobody will want to steal it.
