Ideal Classic 270FF run query

Hi
My boiler lights ok and heats all the rads but cuts out after about an hour and wont relight even when the rads get cold.
I've changed the PCB but this doesnt seem to have worked.
if i tap the side of the casing though the boiler fires up.
Any clues for a novice

Sounds like the air pressure switch is not releasing....

There's only gas or combustion related checks left so you'll need an RGI.

It's not a difficult fault so don't expect to be charged the earth, might even be a similar price to the PCB you replaced!

I realise that this is only your third post but haven't you read in the rules that you should not give advice on gas related matters or encourage a DIYer to do anything he should not?

Had a spare one so tried it as first option to rule it out, will call in RGI to look at other remedies. Thanks
