hi, i have a problem with an ideal classic ff250. the boiler runs fine with casing off but when i put casing on and it seals the burner flames pulsate and die as if starved of oxygen. it then tries to relight and cuts out again within seconds. i have replaced air pressure switch but it still cuts out when i put casing back on and now unsure on what the problem is, has anyone else had this problem?

You obviously have no idea of what you are doing.No other advice but get a RGI to repair and ensure that your boiler and subsequently your family is safe.
you could check the air inlet for the boiler ie the flue for a blockage
the pilot will lift off the rectification probe if there is a lack of air and then cut out.
also the fan may be running slow causing vitiation an again the burners an pilot lifting off cutting the boiler off
