Ideal HE30 Gas Valve Voltage (E/F Error)

Just want to double check, on a boiler which won't reset clear the voltage to the gas valve measures 108V DC, with 240AC (which may be residue). The manual states it should be 200V, others say 150V is fine. Is 108V not fine?

The boiler immediately faults which leads me to believe PCB. There's no water ingress and no dry joints.

As it is the GAS VALVE I feel it is best you hire some one

Then I am afraid I have t tell you to ring some one, to fix the boiler. As you have compromised the combustion chamber, and if you don't put things back correctly, it may cost you more than a call out fee.
