my boiler as above suddenly stopped working, it sort of made a puff sound and went off. no power now at all.

any ideas on what it can be please

Not one to wish the demise of UK jobs, but Ideal boilers are truly not deserving of any credit after the contempt they have treated our industry over the last 12 years or so.

How they have survived goes to show the reality that is dodgy business dealings in the upper echelon's between what was the ODPM, Warm front/EAGRE and BG

any one claiming otherwise is just hoping to christ their share options or pension fund hold out long enough.
