Ideal Isar HE24 DHW Thermistor problem???

Hi guys,

I am yet another 'proud' owner of the notorious Ideal boiler. My problem is that I can not regulate the temperature of the CH nor the water from the user control panel. Even when I turn the control knobs to min, I get boiling hot water and boiling hot rads.

Could the DHW thermistor be the problem?
 
It could well be.

But their resistance can be measured to check them. Best done cold!
