Ideal Isar hot water problem

Hi
Can any one help me, i have an ideal isar condenser boiler that's about 4 yrs old. The Heating side of things is fine its just the hot water blows hot n cold when you turn it on (which is no fun when taking a shower ) but there are no fault codes or anything on the boiler itself.

I have read a few posts on here but just need to know if I should clean the Heat exchange first and or anything else ?

Also could this have anything to do with a new rad that was fitted 2/3 wks ago as the system was drained to do so?

You probably disturbed dirt which got into the plate HE.

Plate HE blocked on system side. Needs removing and chemically cleaning.

Bit awkward for access on these boilers

As said:
Most likely that you have sludge in the secondary heat exchanger (plate heat exchanger) which need to be removed and cleaned or replaced.
