Ideal isar M30100 boiler- help needed

I have i property that i have been leasing for the last 5 years that has this boiler. the tenant has recently left and i returned to find my boiler minus two control knobs (as picture below). Am I correct in saying that there are indeed 2 knobs that have broken off - or are these items removable?

they do brake easily, if its working ya could jus leave it or adjust the temps using a electricians screw driver.
if ya want to replace um, i think ya have to order the whole display or ya could try n scrounge a couple (plenty of isars in the skip!)

Do you know roughly how much i'd be looking at to replace the unit? and the name of the part that i'd be searching for?

Could be that they pulled the knobs off and chucked em on top to stop kids tampering
