ideal isar pcb or fan problem?

ideal isar m30100 pcb has been replaced twice and now the boiler has stopped working again

condensate trap is okay flame and iginition electrode has been replaced

the boiler will not fire up comes up with FL code

from searching on this forum

it seems the fan is spiking the pcb which is why i believe i may need another pcb, and would it be best for me to replace the fan aswell

would this be correct?

all comments/advice would be appreciated

Have you reset it then followed code Lf page 80 mi instr, see what you come up with!

i have read the manual, still no luck

iirc this fault is related to the fan harness. i think there were production issuse with these and this may need replacing at the same time as the pcb.
