Ideal logic plus combi pressure gauge niddle making rattling noise

I am gas qualified I came across an ideal logic combi plus with a rattling niddle pressure gauge when the boiler is working on heating or hot water
Ideal engineer came a changed the pressure gauge but problem still present.
Rads have been bleed and no signs of air lock
System was power flushed when the boiler was installed 7months ago
Any ideas pleas thank you

There is, according to the urbandictionary.com website, a verb to niddle and a deritived noun niddler :-

To appear busy but in reality not actually doing anything. To spend time attending to tasks do do not actually require attention.
