Ideal logic plus combi 24kw

Hi all hope u can help am a gas engineer mainly installers, starting to do breakdowns
I came across an ideal logic plus combi boiler with problem of the pressure gauge niddle rattling and making noise.
Ideal engineer came around and fitted and new pressure gauge but problem still there.
I have bleed rads no air lock all full working
Rattling happens when a call of hot water or heating
System was powerflushed and boiler newly installed
Any ideas please thank you all

Remove gauge and fit icons/isar gauge as hole is different size,that's all I do

Doesn't always work.
Put a bit of foam from the packaging in the hole in the gauge. Cuts down on the pressure changes and cushions the needle.

Ps of it's really bad and jumping about then it's overheating.
