Ideal Logic Question

Hi All,

A while ago some of the ideal logics were upgraded due to a fault with them, I think a sensor and wiring was fitted half way down the heat exchanger. Does anyone know if the latest manufactured logics come with this same sensor and wiring fitted as the upgrade or have they updated the logics with the sensor in another position.

I’ve no idea, I would like to think they recalled what they could and sent out new batches. I suppose it depends on where it’s being supplied from and check with Ideal whether it’s modified or not.

Yes it is updated in the field. I was answering more about the latest ones

I couldn't get an answer from ideal on the latest manufactured ones. I just wanted to know if they just fitted the upgrade kit to these to or whether they put in another solution.

Latest Logics do not have/require safety mod.

Thanks kidgreen61, do you know what they did so that no mod is required? Do you fit them?
