Hi
I have an Ideal Mexico HE 36. The pump is constantly running even though the hot water and heating timers are off. I have turned the boiler switch off as well and the pump still runs. I have turned the mains power off to stop the pump and left the boiler switch off and as soon as the mains switch is truned on again the pump starts.
As soon as the boiler is turned on it has a C on it showing that there is central heating demand i think.
At first i thought it might be the PCB, but if the boiler is off is it more likely to be a fault with the pump iteslf?
I have check the motrised valves and they seem to be operating correctly.
Any ideas on what could be going wrong?
Thanks
