Can any one help me? I have an Ideal mini c 28 boiler. first thing in the morning Its fireing up but going off and on and off for up to two hours at which point it will come on and stay on and works fine for the rest of the day. Until it stays on the bottoms of the raditors are cold. Could it be anyhting to do with the freezing temperatures?

You dont say where you are.
If you have correctly quoted the boiler model then whilst the colder temperatures at the boiler may be playing a part its unlikely to be anything directly connected.
When it "goes off" what fault indications are given?
There are fault codes available inside the boiler but only by exposing the PCB to change links or operate DIP switches.
