I have just moved into a house that has an ideal mini C24 combi. The hot water wasn't that hot on full bore, ie filling a bath so we had to gate the tap down. My gas fitter friend said it would be the plate to plate so we replaced it. It didn't improve it that much to be honest but in doing so the pump took some effort to start working as there was some air in the system. The hot water started to run cold during showers and now after a week the boiler will not light at all. The fan runs but it won't ignite either DHW or Heating. I don't really want to spend that much more on an old boiler(10 yrs). Would it be the pump? Although there is 240v at it, or the pcb?
Any help would be appreciated.
