Ideal Tech line, credit where it's due.

Been to an Isar today, pressure vessel needed recharging and only getting hot water no heating, no fault displayed so suspect Diverter, wasn't sure on testing it as never done one on these before, even though I have fitted lots and serviced quite a few, anyway after testing voltages and holding pin in on diverter etc, I wasn't sure, so phoned tech line, got through quick and got correct answer quick, credit where credit is due.

Didn't have the same experience with Worcester last year, it could be this or that, big help, not.
