I'm on the verge of ordering an Ideal Vogue GEN2 C32 combi boiler to replace a 13-year old Vaillant EcoTec Plus 831. I've chosen the boiler (based on advice here) principally because:
1. My plumber installs a lot of them and rates their servicing under warranty
2. 12 year warranty
3. Supports Opentherm
The house will be heated by about 50 sqm of underfloor heating downstairs and 3 radiators upstairs (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom). The 3 underfloor zones will have wired thermostats. I plan to add a Google Nest thermostat upstairs.
Any thoughts or concerns on this setup?
