Ideall Icos HP24 no refill loop?

Hi, my radiators on the 3rd floor are luke warm and don’t appear to have any water in them at the top of the panel (removed bleed valve and end cap, both dry) my boiler is heating atm and I’ve got less than 0.5 bar on the gauge. I’m assuming I should have more pressure but don’t seem to have a refill loop to top up, so how do I increase the pressure and what should it be on the gauge? Photo of my system attached, any help much appreciated

Your filling loop isn't in that pic. Look elsewhere. Near a hot water cylinder possibly.

Have you ever topped the pressure up, your boiler can be fitted open vent so you wouldnt have a filling loop
