Bleeding/Refilling UFH Loop

Good Evening,

I think i need to refill and bleed one of my UFH loops.
I have a connection point on the lower manifold for to bleed but nowhere on the upper to connect mains water.
There is a small bleed valve on the top manifold above the temperature gauge, is this where i am supposed to use?
I googled this and most manifolds have a 2 places to connect hoses.
Any Ideas how i flush the air through with this set up?

Anybody have any idea how i can do this before i can in a plumber?
