Hi,
The stupid previous owner of our house raised the ground level outside the back door by about 100-450mm in height over 12m, by putting some fence slats against the existing 6 foot wooden slatted fence and backfilling it, then laying slabs. The fence has started to lean away (who'd have thought that?) and I'd like to remedy it before it gets too bad.
I understand perhaps the best way would be to dig down, lay a concrete found and build a brick/block retaining wall, but I'm wondering if there's an easier (and cost-efficient) way.
Any suggestions welcome
