Identify and stockist Lockmaster multi point

I need to replace the centre case lock box.
How can I identify the Lockmaster model, please. Can't find any marking. (eg Milamaster, Paddock)
45mm backset 92mm centre(handle spindle follower to euro lock centre), 3 dead bolts. Will any with these dimensions be suitable replacement, or are they model specific?

Any one know a source for Saturday? (Huddersfield area) please
